Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase only.

Important Information

With the exception of panels and most items larger than 4 feet, our smaller props include a thin white border around the artwork. This protective border allows for minor trimming variations and helps minimize the appearance of slight edge imperfections or minor bends that can occur during shipping.

If any damage extends beyond the white border, which is rare, we'll work with you to make it right.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The shipping box (including any visible damage)

• The shipping label

• The damaged item(s)

FedEx only allows 48 hours after delivery to file shipping damage claims. Unfortunately, we are unable to process damage claims after this window has expired.
