Production Time

• All items are printed on demand.

• Standard production time is 3–5 business days after artwork approval (if applicable) and full payment is received.

• Production times may vary during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped via FedEx.

• Estimated shipping time is 1–7 business days depending on your location.

• Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Custom Orders

We love creating custom designs!

If you don't see what you're looking for, contact us. We'd be happy to create something unique for your event.

Personalized orders may include:

• Names

• Ages

• Colors (when possible)

Proof Approval

For custom or personalized orders, a digital proof may be provided before printing.

Please review your proof carefully. Once approved, The Prop Studio is not responsible for:

• Spelling errors

• Grammar mistakes

• Incorrect dates

• Incorrect names

• Customer-approved design errors

Colors

We strive for accurate color reproduction.

However, colors may vary due to:

• Computer and phone screens

• Printer calibration

• Material

• Lighting conditions

Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Product Information

Our products are:

• UV printed directly onto premium 4mm Coroplast

• Lightweight and durable

• Weather-resistant

• Printed on one side unless otherwise stated

Many larger items are scored and folded for shipping.

Stands are not included unless specifically noted.

White Border

Most smaller props include a thin white contour-cut border to protect the printed artwork and allow for normal manufacturing tolerances.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After that time, production planning begins and cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made and printed specifically for your order:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom products

• Personalized items

• Buyer errors

• Change of mind

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
