All of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days after your design is approved and payment is received.

What are your props made from?

Our props are professionally UV printed directly onto durable 4mm Coroplast, making them lightweight, weather-resistant, and suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Are the props waterproof?

Yes. Coroplast is weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor events. We do recommend storing them indoors after use to prolong their life.

Do the props come with stands?

No. Stands are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing. But we do have several options available for purchase.

Are the props double-sided?

Unless otherwise noted, all props are printed on one side only.

Do the props arrive folded?

Many larger items are scored and folded for shipping. Once unfolded, they stand up and display normally.

Will my colors match exactly?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, printer calibration, lighting, and material. We cannot guarantee exact color matching.

Yes! If you have print-ready artwork, we can print it. Files should be high resolution and sized correctly for the final product.

Orders may only be canceled within one hour of purchase. After that, production planning begins and cancellations are no longer accepted.
